Along with being an auctioneer, Eric is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors. His mission is to provide the client with a swift, strategic, marketing process that will achieve top dollar value for their properties with no contingencies. This is done by an aggressive marketing campaign to engage qualified buyers. Not only is he highly knowledgeable about the real estate market, he has personal experience in auctioning his own properties, and have faced the same decisions and frustrations that you have faced. Eric began his auctioning career after trying to sell his own properties and finding the traditional listing approach unsatisfying. Prospective buyers were poorly qualified, and the first contract fell through as a result. In addition, he realized that unscheduled, inconvenient showings were a constant interruption for property owners, and didn't show off the home to its best advantage. He could see that a property staying on the market for a lengthy period could damage its perceived value. Feeling that there had to be a superior way to sell such real estate in a timely fashion, Eric began investigating auctions as an alternative. Being a highly experienced real estate professional, he has overseen the closings of muti-millions of dollars of real estate. Yet he sees that some auction techniques in the past could be vastly improved. An auction company should use a comprehensive, targeted marketing strategy that builds intense buyer interest in a property leading up to Auction Day. As Auction Day isn't the beginning of the sales process, nor should it be the end. He will continuously work with you, the client, until the sale is closed and you are left completely satisfied.

      Drew started his auction career as a young boy assisting buyers with the delivery of their purchases. As a teenager, he traveled with the team putting up the tents, erecting auction signs, giving out brochures, and working on the sales. He has always had a passion for real estate and obtained his Tennessee Real Estate License in early January, 2010. Drew then progressed his education in real estate by graduating from the Nashville Auction School, and obtained his Tennessee Auctioneers License, in 2011.
